By downloading or using FatePalm AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FatePalm AI. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Entertainment Purpose Only

FatePalm AI is designed and provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. The readings and analyses generated by the app:

• Are not intended as professional advice of any kind
• Should not be used as a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other professional advice
• Do not guarantee any specific outcomes in your life
• Are generated by AI and may not be accurate or applicable to your circumstances

By using FatePalm AI, you acknowledge that all readings are for entertainment purposes and you assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on the content.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use FatePalm AI. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian. By using the app, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

4. In-App Purchases

FatePalm AI offers optional in-app purchases ("Credits") that allow additional readings beyond the free tier. All purchases are:

• Processed securely through Google Play
• Non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy
• Consumable — Credits are used upon completing a reading
• Not transferable between accounts or devices

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing purchased credits will not be affected by price changes.

5. User Content & Photos

When you submit photos for analysis, you confirm that:

• You are the person depicted in the photos, or have the explicit consent of the person depicted
• You grant us a limited, temporary license to process these images solely for the purpose of generating your reading
• You will not submit photos of minors without appropriate parental consent
• You will not submit illegal, obscene, or harmful content

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent payment systems or usage limits
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the app or its content
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the app

7. Intellectual Property

All content within FatePalm AI — including but not limited to the app design, graphics, text, and AI-generated reading content — is owned by FatePalm AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

FatePalm AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reading will be accurate or applicable to your life circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FatePalm AI and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of FatePalm AI at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
