• Photos: Images of your palms and face that you voluntarily upload for analysis. These images are transmitted to our secure backend server for AI processing and are not permanently stored on our servers after analysis is complete.
• Usage Data: Anonymous usage statistics including feature usage, session duration, and app performance data.
• Purchase Information: Transaction records for in-app purchases, processed through Google Play. We do not store your payment card details.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and language settings for app optimization.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To perform AI-powered palm and face analysis using Claude AI (Anthropic)
• To display personalized reading results within the app
• To process and verify in-app purchases
• To improve app performance and user experience
• To display relevant advertisements through Google AdMob

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Anthropic Claude AI: Your photos are sent to our backend server, which then calls the Claude AI API for analysis. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing.
• Google AdMob: Displays advertisements within the app. Google's privacy policy governs ad-related data collection.
• Google Play: Processes in-app purchases. Google's terms and privacy policy apply.

4. Data Storage & Security

Analysis results and reading history are stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. Your photos are transmitted over HTTPS and are processed in memory — they are not permanently retained on our servers.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Biometric Data

Palm and face images may constitute biometric data under applicable laws. We only use these images for the specific purpose of performing the reading you requested. We do not sell, share, or use your biometric images for any other purpose, including training AI models.

6. Children's Privacy

FatePalm AI is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data (via the in-app "Clear History" function)
• Opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings
• Withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of the app

8. Data Retention

Reading history is stored locally on your device and remains until you delete it or uninstall the app. Server-side logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days for debugging purposes.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
